Payment Policy

• All Prices are in UAE AED and subject to change without prior notice.

• In case FIT flight inclusive package, full amount of flight will be payable at the time of booking.

• **For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full UAE AED component to be collected before issuance,else price will be subject to change.

• Booking confirmations are subject to availability.

• All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability

• We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.

• Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable

• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.

• Price on website //quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.

Terms & Conditions

• This offer is valid only for bookings that include a hotel room with a minimum stay of one night and a UFC ticket purchased together.
• If the package (hotel and UFC ticket) is not completed within the same transaction, we reserve the right to cancel this reservation.
• This document is your confirmation of purchase. Seating will be allocated and event e-tickets will be sent to package holders closer to the event date.
• Prices are per person and subject to change. Please reconfirm at time of booking.
• Package is subject to availability.
• Hotels are subject to availability at time of confirmation. A similar category hotel will be provided if unavailable.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and hotel policy at time of check-in.
• Bed type is not guaranteed and is at the hotel’s discretion.
• Passport validity and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
• Akbar Travels is not responsible for visa rejection. Cancellation charges remain applicable.
• Tourism Dirham is payable directly to the hotel at check-in.
• Akbar Travels reserves the right to substitute hotels of a similar or higher category if required.
• The itinerary is subject to change based on flight times, weather, or local conditions.

UFC TICKET CONDITIONS

• All children under 2 are free but must sit on an adult’s lap.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or above.
• No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into Etihad Arena with no right of re-entry.
• No refund, no transfer: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for personal use only. Akbar Travels reserves the right to confiscate a ticket if it is resold or attempted to be resold above face value.
• Unauthorized resellers: Etihad Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers, including but not limited to Viagogo or Dubizzle.
• No admission: Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, at the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates, agents, or law enforcement.
• Access is available for those with a disability or other access needs. Accessible seating tickets must be purchased.
