ABOUT PHILIPPINES AIRLINES
Philippine Airlines (PAL), a subsidiary of PAL Holdings, Inc. (PSE: PAL), is the country's flag airline. It was previously known as Philippine Air Lines (until 1970). The airline was created in 1941 and is the first and oldest commercial airline in Asia operating under its original name. It is headquartered in the PNB Financial Center in Pasay.
Philippine Airlines has only one main hub in Manila, Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and two subsidiary hubs in Cebu and Davao, Mactan–Cebu International Airport and Francisco Bangoy International Airport, respectively. Airbus narrow body and widebody fleets, as well as a Boeing widebody fleet, are all operated by the airline. It is the Philippines' only airline that operates Boeing aircraft, with a fleet of ten Boeing 777-300ERs.
