Payment Policy
- 50% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Balance payment must be completed 30 days before departure.
Terms & Conditions
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at the time of check-in/check- out.
Visa Approval: Visa issuance is subject to approval by the Ministry and is at the sole discretion of the embassy. The client will bear financial implications arising from visa rejection.
Flight Cancellations or Rescheduling: In case of any cancellations or reschedules of domestic or international flights During the travel period, please cover any expenses incurred on your own.
Unused Services: Any services not utilised on time will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
Seat Allotment: Seat allotment is not included in this package and is subject to airline policies.
Personal Belongings: Travellers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the tour. Akbar Travels Group is not liable for any loss of belongings or baggage.
Liability Disclaimer: Akbar Travels Group shall not accept liability or responsibility for:
• Damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, or death.
• Breakdowns or irregularities in the tour arrangement.
• Weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
The passengers must bear any loss or expense arising from the above.
Covid-19 Policy: Akbar Travels Group is not responsible for any guest testing Covid positive during the trip. Expenses for extensions, hospitalisation, rescheduling of flights, deportation, emergency evacuation, or other COVID-19-related expenses and related issues will be borne by the customer.
Travel Regulations & Government Rules: The Company shall not be responsible for any changes in travel regulations, visa rules, Immigration decline at the airport, or government policies that may affect or disrupt the itinerary after Booking confirmation.
Third-party Services: As a travel house/tour operator, Akbar Travels Group has no control over services provided by airlines, railways, coaches, shipping companies, or other third-party providers.
Minimum Operating Strength (MOS) refers to the minimum number of passengers required for Akbar Travel Group to operate a specific group departure. If bookings fall below the threshold of 80%, the booked passengers will have the following options.
Cancel the Departure: The tour is called off, and you are offered the option to shift to an alternative date.
Re-quote the Tour: Operate the trip as a smaller group or customise the package (FIT - Free Independent Traveller), which usually results in an additional supplement cost for the passengers.
