Day 1

| Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in Nairobi, you will be warmly welcomed by your representative and assisted with your luggage before beginning your transfer into the city. En route to your hotel, you will enjoy a memorable visit to the famous Giraffe Centre, where you can get up close with the endangered Rothschild giraffes, feed them, and learn about conservation efforts in Kenya.
After the visit, continue to your hotel in Nairobi for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax after your journey.
Lunch and dinner will be at your own cost, giving you the flexibility to dine at the hotel or explore nearby restaurants.

Day 2

| Masai Mara

After breakfast, depart Nairobi and begin your scenic journey toward the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. The drive takes approximately 5 to 6 hours, passing through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley, with stunning viewpoints, rolling hills, and traditional Maasai villages along the way.

You will arrive at your lodge or safari camp in time for a hot lunch, followed by some relaxation before heading out in the afternoon for your first exciting game drive. The Maasai Mara is renowned for its abundant wildlife, including lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and many antelope species.

Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

| Masai Mara

After breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive exploring the vast plains of the Maasai Mara. This iconic reserve is one of Africa’s premier safari destinations and is home to the Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo.

With your experienced guide, you will explore different habitats including open savannah, riverbanks, and woodland areas, offering excellent opportunities to witness wildlife in their natural environment.

A packed picnic lunch will be enjoyed within the reserve, allowing you to spend the entire day immersed in the wilderness. You may also visit iconic locations such as the Mara River, known for its dramatic wildlife encounters.
Return to the lodge in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

| Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and travel towards Lake Naivasha, located in the heart of the Great Rift Valley. The drive takes approximately 5 to 6 hours, offering scenic views of Kenya’s countryside along the way.

Upon arrival at your lodge, enjoy a hot lunch, followed by some relaxation. In the afternoon, embark on a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you may spot hippos resting in the water and a variety of bird species including the majestic African fish eagle.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5

| Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart for a day trip to Lake Nakuru National Park, a drive of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours each way. Lake Nakuru is famous for its rhino sanctuary and offers excellent chances to spot both white and black rhinos, as well as lions, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and a wide variety of birdlife including flamingos.

Enjoy a game drive within the park, exploring its diverse landscapes including lake shores, woodlands, and open plains. A packed picnic lunch will be enjoyed within the park, allowing you to maximize your wildlife viewing experience.
In the afternoon, return to Lake Naivasha for relaxation at your lodge.

Day 6

| Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha and travel back to Nairobi, a journey of approximately 2 to 2.5 hours through the scenic Rift Valley landscapes.

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your international flight back home.

This marks the end of your unforgettable Kenya safari experience, filled with incredible wildlife encounters and scenic beauty.

  • This is a Fixed Departure package, and once the booking is confirmed, it will be treated as 100% non-refundable. No cancellations or amendments will be permitted.

  • * Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.

3. Flight Changes / Disruptions

  • In case of any cancellation, delay, or rescheduling of domestic or international flights during the travel period, any additional expenses incurred (including accommodation, meals, transfers, etc.) shall be borne by the traveler.

4. Unused Services

  • Any services not utilized within the stipulated time will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Seat Allotment

  • Seat allocation is not included in the package and is subject to airline policies and availability.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Travelers are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal items.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers. The company shall not be liable for:

• Delays, breakdowns, or irregularities in travel arrangements
• Any inconvenience caused due to third-party services
Any additional expenses arising from the above shall be borne by the traveler.
8. Force Majeure (Important)

  • The company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or any other force majeure event.
  • All changes, cancellations, Credit Vouchers and refunds in such cases will be subject to airline, hotel, and supplier.

9. COVID-19 & Health Policy

  • Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC shall not be responsible if a traveler tests positive for COVID-19 or any other illness during the trip.
  • All related expenses including quarantine, hospitalization, flight changes, extensions, or evacuation will be borne by the traveler.

10. Travel Regulations & Government Policies

  • The company shall not be responsible for any changes in travel regulations, visa rules, or government policies that may affect or disrupt the itinerary after booking confirmation.

11. Third-Party Services

  • Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC has no control over services provided by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third parties. Any issues arising from such services shall be governed by their respective terms and conditions.

12. Minimum Operating Strength (MOS)

  • Package subject to Minimum Operating Strength (MOS). In case of low passenger count, rates/revisions may apply or departure may be cancelled.
