Cancellation Policy
- This is a Fixed Departure package, and once the booking is confirmed, it will be treated as 100% non-refundable. No cancellations or amendments will be permitted.
Payment Policy
- * 50% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- * Balance payment must be completed 30 days prior to departure.
- * Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
1. Check-in / Check-out Policy
- Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability at the time of arrival/departure and may incur additional charges.
2. Visa Approval
- Visa issuance is subject to approval by the respective embassy/immigration authorities. Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC shall not be responsible for any visa rejection. Any financial implications arising from visa rejection will be borne by the client.
3. Flight Changes / Disruptions
- In case of any cancellation, delay, or rescheduling of domestic or international flights during the travel period, any additional expenses incurred (including accommodation, meals, transfers, etc.) shall be borne by the traveler.
4. Unused Services
- Any services not utilized within the stipulated time will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Seat Allotment
- Seat allocation is not included in the package and is subject to airline policies and availability.
6. Personal Belongings
- Travelers are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal items.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers. The company shall not be liable for:
• Loss, damage, theft, or loss of baggage
• Injury, accident, illness, or death
• Delays, breakdowns, or irregularities in travel arrangements
• Any inconvenience caused due to third-party services
Any additional expenses arising from the above shall be borne by the traveler.
8. Force Majeure (Important)
- The company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or any other force majeure event.
- All changes, cancellations, Credit Vouchers and refunds in such cases will be subject to airline, hotel, and supplier.
9. COVID-19 & Health Policy
- Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC shall not be responsible if a traveler tests positive for COVID-19 or any other illness during the trip.
- All related expenses including quarantine, hospitalization, flight changes, extensions, or evacuation will be borne by the traveler.
10. Travel Regulations & Government Policies
- The company shall not be responsible for any changes in travel regulations, visa rules, or government policies that may affect or disrupt the itinerary after booking confirmation.
11. Third-Party Services
- Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC has no control over services provided by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third parties. Any issues arising from such services shall be governed by their respective terms and conditions.
12. Minimum Operating Strength (MOS)
- Package subject to Minimum Operating Strength (MOS). In case of low passenger count, rates/revisions may apply or departure may be cancelled.
