Cancellation Policy
- Once confirmed and paid, Initial payment of AED 2000 / per person will be Non-refundable.
- If cancelled between 59-45 days before the travel date (75% of the total tour cost will be Non-refundable)
- If cancelled between 45 days or less prior to departure (100% Non-refundable)
Payment Policy
- Initial Payment of AED 2000/ per person (Non Refundable) paid at the time of booking confirmation.
- Second payment : 50% of the total package cost paid (Deducting from initial payment) (60 days before the travel or before the visa appointment whichever is earliest)
- Balance payment to be paid 45 days prior to departure.
- Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation due to Visa Rejection will be charged as per above cancellation policy.
- Check-in/Check-out Policy: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out.
- Visa Approval: Visa issuance is subject to approval by the Ministry and is at the sole discretion of the embassy. Any financial implications arising from visa rejection will be borne by the client.
- Flight Cancellations or Rescheduling: In case of any cancellations or reschedules of domestic or international flights during the travel period, travelers are advised to cover any expenses incurred during that time on their own.
- Unused Services: Any services not utilized on time will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
- Seat Allotment: Seat allotment is not included in this package and is subject to airline policies.
- Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the tour. Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC is not liable for any loss of belongings or baggage.
- Liability Disclaimer: Akbar Travels Group shall not accept liability or responsibility for:
Breakdowns or irregularities in the tour arrangement.
Weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Any loss or expense arising from the above must be borne by the passengers.
- Covid-19 Policy: Akbar Travels Group is not responsible for any guest testing Covid positive during the trip.
Expenses for extensions, hospitalization, rescheduling of flights, deportation, emergency evacuation, or other Covid-related issues will be borne by the customer.
- Travel Regulations & Government Rules: The Company shall not be responsible for any changes in travel regulations, visa rules, Immigration decline at Airport or government policies that may affect or disrupt the itinerary after booking confirmation.
- Third-party Services: As a travel house/tour operator, Akbar Travels Group has no control over services provided by airlines, railways, coaches, shipping companies, or other third-party providers.
- Minimum Operating Strength (MOS): refers to the minimum number of passengers required for Akbar Travel Group to operate a specific group departure. If bookings fall below the threshold of 80% of the booked passengers will have the below options.
- Cancel the Departure: The tour is called off, and you are offered the option to shift to an alternative date.
Re-quote the Tour: Operate the trip as a smaller group or customize the package (FIT - Free Independent Traveller), which usually results in an additional supplement cost for the passengers.
Important Travel Note:
- Prioritize reviewing your travel voucher to ensure all confirmed services are well-arranged.
- Verify your personal documentation, specifically your passport, ensuring it remains valid for more than 6 months from the date of travel.
- Confirm the validity of your residence visa to prevent complications when returning to your home country.
- Stay informed about current travel restrictions, visa requirements, and entry rules of the host country. Verify details with our travel consultant or check the official website of the host country before confirming any packages.
- Note that travel regulations are subject to the discretion of the visited country.
- Please carry your original Emirates ID / residence card during your travel.

DISCLAIMERS:
- It is the responsibility of the Passengers to ensure the Validity of their Passports and Visas for the Country of Visit.
- Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments.
- Akbar Travels shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges /fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Clients, or any member of the party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
- We do not guarantee bed type. We must adhere to the limits set by the hotel. The number of beds in a room to a maximum of two beds irrespective of Single, Twin, Triple or Quad occupancy.
- Hotels mentioned are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and is not guarantee. Hence, if not available, similar category will be provided.
- Please advise us at the time of confirmation for any specification of the floor, room, beddings, view, early check-in, late check-out, adjoining, connecting etc. so that we can inform the hotels in advance. However, we cannot guarantee anything as it is purely based on the availability, policy and the discretion of the Hotel at the time of check-in.
- Hotels / Service providers may ask for a credit card authorization / cash deposit to cover any incidental or expenses of personal nature and must be provided with the same when required.
- Hotels in SOUTH EAST ASIA, EUROPE, EUROASIA (ex. Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, etc) have smaller room sizes and cannot be compared to the GCC accommodations and their standard.
- We are providing the names of the accommodation, it is your responsibility to double check the property by means of searching it online. Images and description are always available online for you to investigate before confirming it. Once you confirmed, it means that you agreed with the property.
- There will be no refund (partial or otherwise) for any part of services canceled or unused for any reasons including medical or compassionate.
- Package confirmed is subject to the Booking Conditions/Cancellation policies.
- Any personal expenses of the clients are not included in the package.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss,
- injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, and the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour.
- Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein.
- Any services not specifically confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.
- All extras to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.
- Be a responsible Tourist, respect the culture, the surroundings, the rules of the host country, and the properties of the service providers. Irate behavior and any misconduct will not be tolerated and subject to consequences.
