Complete immigration and customs formalities, followed by a meet & greet with our local representative.
Transfer to the hotel and check in (standard check-in: 14:00–15:00).

08:00 AM– One-day trip to Gabala Resort (225 km x 2), located in the Caucasus Mountains.
Continue to Tufandag Mountain Resort and enjoy the cable car ride with breathtaking panoramic views, Alpine Coaster, and other activities available at the resort
Return back to Baku after finish the tour

Day 3

10:00 – Enjoy an exciting Baku City Tour and discover the perfect mix of modern architecture and ancient history.
Start with the famous Heydar Aliyev Center (exterior viewing) — one of the most unique landmarks of Azerbaijan.
Then stop at the popular “I Love Baku” sign for a memorable photo.
Continue to the impressive Ismailiyya Palace, and afterwards explore the atmospheric Old Town. Walk through its narrow streets and see the Fortress Walls, Gosha Gala Gates, Haji Bani Bath Complex, Maiden Tower (exterior viewing), Hajinski Palace, Mugam Club, Juma Mosque, Small Caravanserai.
Next, visit Baku City Hall, the stylish Icherisheher Metro Station, and enjoy a relaxing break at the green Governor’s Garden.
Later, take a pleasant walk along the Caspian Seaside Boulevard, passing by Little Venice and Carpet Museum (exterior viewing).
End the tour at Upland Park, where you will have panoramic views of Baku Bay and the iconic Flame Towers.

Visit Guba Resort and enjoy the scenic nature of Chenlibel Lake and Gechresh Forest.
Continue to Shahdag. Free time to enjoy the resort: take a cable car ride with breathtaking mountain views, try the Alpine Coaster for an adrenaline rush
Enjoy an exciting zip-line flight, and explore other entertainment options available on-site.

  • This is a Fixed Departure package, and once the booking is confirmed, it will be treated as 100% non-refundable. No cancellations or amendments will be permitted

  • Any services not utilised within the stipulated time will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • 5. Seat Allotment
  • Seat allocation is not included in the package and is subject to airline policies and availability.
  • 6. Personal Belongings
  • Travellers are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Arabian Journeys Travel & Tours LLC shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal items.
  • 7. Liability Disclaimer
  • Akbar Travels Group acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers. The company shall not be liable for:
  • • Loss, damage, theft, or loss of baggage
  • • Injury, accident, illness, or death
  • • Delays, breakdowns, or irregularities in travel arrangements
  • • Any inconvenience caused due to third-party services
  • Any additional expenses arising from the above shall be borne by the traveller.
  • 8. Force Majeure (Important)
  • The company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or any other force majeure event.
  • All changes, cancellations, Credit Vouchers and refunds in such cases will be subject to the airline, hotel, and supplier.
  • 9. COVID-19 & Health Policy
  • Akbar Travels Group shall not be responsible if a traveller tests positive for COVID-19 or any other illness during the trip. All related expenses, including quarantine, hospitalisation, flight changes, extensions, or evacuation, will be borne by the traveller.
  • 10. Travel Regulations & Government Rules:
  • The Company shall not be responsible for any changes in travel regulations, visa rules, Immigration decline at the airport, or government policies that may affect or disrupt the itinerary after booking confirmation.
  • 11. Third-Party Services
  • Akbar Travels Group has no control over services provided by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third parties. Any issues arising from such services shall be governed by their respective terms and conditions.
  • 12. Minimum Operating Strength (MOS)
  • Package subject to Minimum Operating Strength (MOS). In case of low passenger count, rates/revisions may apply, or departure may be cancelled.

On the final day, visit the Absheron Peninsula, including Atashgah Fire Temple and Yanardag Burning Mountain, before transferring to the airport for your departure flight.
