Payment Policy

• All Prices are in UAE AED and subject to change without prior notice.

• In case FIT flight inclusive package, full amount of flight will be payable at the time of booking.

• **For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full UAE AED component to be collected before issuance,else price will be subject to change.

• Booking confirmations are subject to availability.

• All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability

• We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.

• Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable

• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.

• Price on website //quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.

• Check-in/Check-out Policy:

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out.

• Visa Approval:

Visa issuance is subject to approval by the Ministry and is at the sole discretion of the embassy. Any financial implications arising from visa rejection will be borne by the client.

• Flight Cancellations or Rescheduling:

​ In case of any cancellations or reschedules of domestic or international flights during the travel period, travelers are advised to cover any expenses incurred during that time on their own.

• Unused Services:

​Any services not utilized on time will neither be refunded nor adjusted.

• Seat Allotment:

Seat allotment is not included in this package and is subject to airline policies.

• Personal Belongings:

​Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the tour. Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC is not liable for any loss of belongings or baggage

• Liability Disclaimer:

Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC shall not accept liability or responsibility for:

• Damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, or death.
• Breakdowns or irregularities in the tour arrangement.
• Weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Any loss or expense arising from the above must be borne by the passengers.

• Covid-19 Policy:

Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC is not responsible for any guest testing Covid positive during the trip

Expenses for extensions, hospitalization, rescheduling of flights, deportation, emergency evacuation, or other Covid-related issues will be borne by the customer.

• Travel Regulations:

Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC will not be responsible for changes in travel regulations that may disrupt or alter the travel plan after service confirmation.

• Government Rules:

The company is not responsible for package cancellations due to changes in government rules and regulations of the respective countries.

• Third-party Services:

​As a travel house/tour operator, Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC has no control over services provided by airlines, railways, coaches, shipping companies, or other third-party providers.

• Visa Information

As a resident of a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) country, such as the United Arab Emirates, you are eligible to enter Georgia without obtaining a visa in advance. This visa-free entry allows you to stay in Georgia for up to 90 days within any 180-day period.

• Key Points:

Eligibility: Holders of valid residence permits from GCC countries, including the UAE, can enter Georgia without a visa.

Duration of Stay: You can stay in Georgia for up to 90 days within any 180-day period.
