Payment Policy

• All Prices are in UAE AED and subject to change without prior notice.

• In case FIT flight inclusive package, full amount of flight will be payable at the time of booking.

• **For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full UAE AED component to be collected before issuance,else price will be subject to change.

• Booking confirmations are subject to availability.

• All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability

• We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.

• Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable

• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.

• Price on website //quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.

Terms & Conditions

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at time of check-in / check-out
• Visa is subject to approval from the Ministry and is totally under the discretion of the embassy & financial implication arising of this would be borne by the client.
• In case of any cancellation or reschedules of our Domestic or International Flight during the travel period, travellers are advised to bear the expenses during that time on their own.
• Any services not utilized on time will not be refunded nor adjusted.
• Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC will not be liable for any loss of belongings/baggage.
• Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
• Any guest under any circumstances, if found Covid positive while in hotel or elsewhere, Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC will not be responsible for any extension, hospitalization, rescheduling of flight bookings, deportation, emergency evacuation or death due to Covid-19 or any other means. All expenses incurred for the same must be borne by the customer.
• Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC will not be responsible for change in travel regulation which may interrupt or cause change in the travel plan at any point post confirmation of services.
• Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC will not be responsible for cancellation of this package due to any changes in Govt. rules and regulation of respective countries.
• As a Travel House/Tour operator, Arabian Journeys Travel and Tourism LLC doesn’t have any control over Airline/Railways/Coach/Shipping companies or any other facilities provided by the third parties.
