Travelling to Indonesia soon? Don’t even consider it without the All Indonesia Travel App. International travellers visiting Indonesia were previously expected to fill out the Arrival Card, SATUSEHAT Health Declaration, and Customs Declaration forms on arrival. In an aim to reduce Indonesia travel requirements, it has been condensed to a single digital platform!

Entry is now as quick as grabbing your Indonesia Visa online, since as of October 2025, the All Indonesia App will become mandatory at every airport and at every checkpoint by the end of the year. So, if you’ve secured cheap flights to Indonesia and are planning to explore the major cities of Bali, Jakarta, and beyond, scroll to avoid last-minute chaos!

At present, only a certain number of airports require you to use the All Indonesia App for entry, while the others still require you to fill out individual forms. These are:

  • Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali
  • Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta
  • Juanda International Airport, Surabaya

A few seaports, including the International Seaport in Batam, Sekupang, Citra Tritunas, Teluk Senimba, Nongsapura, and Bengkong, also consider the All Indonesia App valid for entry.

The unified app will appear among the major Indonesia travel requirements from India across all checkpoints by the end of the year. If landing at airports not mentioned in the above list, you must follow the old form-filling process.

Previously, Indonesia travel meant filling out forms and dealing with endless paperwork, which would take a minimum of 20 minutes of your travel planning. Now, it’s just 2.5 minutes with the All Indonesia App!

The form opens 72 hours before arrival, and once you fill it out, you just need to show the QR code generated by the All Indonesia application on your device at the airport upon landing. The All Indonesia arrival card also streamlines registration for tourists exploring in large groups. So, secure all-inclusive Indonesia tour packages for big savings with no worries.

Please note: The All Indonesia Declaration card does not replace the visa or e-visa requirements when you land. You must also pay the existing levy of IDR 150,000 (INR 800) as an international traveller at the airport or on LoveBali.
