Infant/ Minor Passport Validity

The passport for minors and infants is valid for five years of age or till they turn 18 years old, whichever comes first. 

Only individuals between 15-18 years of age are eligible to apply for a 10-year passport, which is valid for the coming 10 years, rather than the infant/ minor passport.

  1. Proof of Date of Birth
  2. Passport-size Photographs
