On December 3, major airports saw over 180 cancellations, with Delhi at 33, Mumbai 86, and Bengaluru 73. By December 4, nationwide cancellations crossed 300 and December 5 marked the peak, with nearly 400 flights cancelled, including over 85 at Delhi and 104 in Mumbai.
Other cities were hit too: Chennai halted all IndiGo departures till 6 PM (20–30 flights), and Goa reported about 30 cancellations, 102 in Bengaluru and 92 in Hyderabad.
Overall, the week saw over 1,000 disrupted flights, with passengers facing IndiGo flight delays, long waits, and baggage issues.
