Day 1

| Tashkent

Board your flight from Delhi at (00:15) and fly to Tashkent. Tashkent is the capital of Uzbekistan and is a metropolis of over 2.5 million people. The city is set out as a grid of straight, wide streets and avenues, interspersed with many green areas (parks, squares, and gardens) and fountains. On arrival, we proceed to hotel for Early Check-In. Morning we proceed for Tashkent City Tour where we have opportunity to explore the beautiful architecture of Tashkent. Some of the prominent structures are Khasti Imam Complex (Barak-Khan Madrasah, Tilla-Sheykh Mosque, Mausoleum of Saint Abu Bakr Kaffal Shashi), Construction was an expensive undertaking: sandalwood columns from India, green marble from Turkey and blue tiles from Iran point to the international underpinning given to this visible new bastion of Islam. The primary attraction on Khast Imam stands in the center of the square: the small Muyi Mubarak Library holds the oldest Quran in the world. The Uthman Quran on display is stained with the blood of the third Caliph Uthman who was murdered while reading it in 655. Islamic Institute of Imam al-Bukhari (outside), Amir Timur Square, Independence Square, Amir Timur Museum (outside), White mosque, newly built Hilton hotel. Evening we proceed for Night Fountain Show. The musical fountain of the Tashkent City Park is the largest fountain in Tashkent. Its length is two hundred meters; it is located right in the center of the lake. Every evening, the fountain delights with an incredible laser light show, magnificent flowing figures, illuminated by bright changing colors. The flow of the fountain's water rises to an eighty-meter height, thereby attracting fascinated glances.

Day 2

| Samarkand

Depart early morning from Tashkent to catch a bullet train or Intercity A/C Bus to Samarkand. On arrival we proceed for Samarkand City Tour visit Imam-al-Bukhari (from inside), Gur Emir, Registan Square with three Madrasahs: “Sherdor”, Tilla Kori” (17th cent.) and “Ulugbek”. One of the most mysterious and unique architectural monuments of Samarkand, Shakhi Zinda complex. It consists of rows of refine sparkling blue colors tombs. Harmoniously combined in a lively and moving composition, various mausoleums are grouped along the narrow medieval streets. Shakhi Zinda consists of eleven mausoleums, which were built one after another in 14 – 15th centuries. Continue by shopping at local Siab Bazar. Bibi Khanum Mosque

Later we visit a famous Meros Paper Mill. In the year 751 the Chinese invaded Central Asia, but the ruler of Samarkand defeated their troops and captured many thousands of soldiers. To save their lives, the story goes, craftsmen among the captives revealed their knowledge of paper-making to their captors. From then on, Samarkand became a center for paper production.

Day 3

| Bukhara

After breakfast we transfer to Bukhara by Bus via ancient Silk Route. On arrival at Bukhara, we visit the Ark Fortress. The fortress of the Ark, around which the city of Bukhara arose, has survived to this day, although it has been rebuilt many times over several centuries. It is located on a raised embankment, the height of which reaches 20 meters, and the area of the fortress is 4.2 hectares. Initially, the fortress was a closed polygon, and its steep slopes were completely lined with blocks. Before the arrival of the Arabs to the lands of Bukhara, the Ark fortress served as the seat of the Bukhara rulers. During the reign of the Karakhanid dynasty and during the invasion of Genghis Khan, the fortress was repeatedly destroyed. And only in the XVI century, under the rule of the Sheibanid dynasty, the Ark took its final form.

Day 4
