Day 1

| Johannesburg

Arrive at the Johannesburg international airport and clear the immigration and other formalities. Johannesburg is a young city with an incredible history and legacy. One of the youngest of the world’s major cities, Johannesburg was founded in 1886, following the discovery of gold. On arrival at Johannesburg Airport meet our representative in the arrivals and drive further to your Hotel. Arrive and check in at Hotel. Time to explore your casino and other activities in the resort.

Check out and proceed to Safari. Arrive and check in at Lodge. Enjoy an extraordinary encounter with South Africa’s bushveld at Mabula Game Lodge, located just two-and-a-half hours’ drive from Johannesburg in the Malaria Free Waterberg region of the Limpopo Province. The varied habitats on Mabula Private Game Reserve provide ideal conditions for an astounding selection of large mammals including the Big Five, other predators such as Hyena and Jackal, and a variety of antelope from Red Hartebeest to Eland, Gemsbok to Blesbok. That’s not to mention the elusive cheetah, cheeky honey badger and the omnipresent crèches of warthogs that flit across one’s path during your safari at Mabula Game Lodge.

Day 3

| Sun City

Proceed for early morning game drive at Mabula Game Reserve. The varied habitats on Mabula Private Game Reserve provide ideal conditions for an astounding selection of large mammals including the Big Five, other predators such as Hyena and Jackal, and a variety of antelope from Red Hartebeest to Eland, Gemsbok to Blesbok. That’s not to mention the elusive cheetah, cheeky honey badger and the omnipresent crèches of warthogs that flit across one’s path during your safari at Mabula Game Lodge. Later Check-Out & Drive to Sun City. On arrival, check-in at your resort and enjoy water activities like Speed Boat, Para Sailing etc (at additional Cost). Day 4

One of Africa’s premier vacation destinations, Sun City in South Africa is internationally recognized for its superb resort offering of hotels, attractions and world-class events. Today we proceed for an excursion to Sun City’s premier water theme park “Valley of Waves”. Sun City’s premier water theme park - the Valley of Waves - looks like a picture-postcard tropical island', complete with a sandy beach and lapping turquoise waters generated by a powerful wave machine. There is a water slide for every comfort level, from easy-going tubing along a gentle stream to semi-submerged waterslides that careen downhill and the truly hair-raising 30m (98ft) sheer drop. Later you can relax in your resort or enjoy casino and other optional activities such as Hot Air Balloon, Archery, Maize etc at additional cost

Day 5

| George

Check out and proceed to Johannesburg international airport to board flight for

GRJ. Later arrive and proceed to your Hotel. Time to relax at the Hotel and explore town. George is just inland from Victoria Bay on the N2 on the Cape Garden Route. The Heart of the Garden Route and capital of the Southern Cape, George is the ideal hub from which to explore the diverse scenery and natural wonders of its surrounding areas. George is located in the Cape Wildflower Floral Kingdom next to the coast at the eastern end of the Western Cape Province and has a low rainfall Mediterranean type climate with activities to keep you busy all year round. We probably have the largest number of bed-nights accommodation available in this holiday paradise with its large conference facilities and many tourist attractions.

Day 6

| George

Oudtshoorn is also known as the “Feather Capital of the World” due to its world-famous Ostrich industry. The Cango Caves is a cultural and natural landmark in South Africa. The 20 million year-old Cango Caves system consists of a series of hidden chambers cut deep into a thick limestone rock layer. It is situated in the Swartberg Mountains, 30 kilometres north of Oudtshoorn, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. Visit a working Ostrich farm to know of the history & farming practices. Visit the famous Wild-life Ranch to see giant Crocodiles & other predators. Today, while the ranch continues to house a large crocodilian population, it has turned its attention to the plight of endangered species and in line with this, the decision was made to expand and include a number of big cats. With the initial emphasis being on the highly endangered cheetah, the Cango Wildlife Ranch is today home to more than 90 species of animals and reptiles.

Day 7

Breakfast at Hotel. Today we proceed for an excursion to Knysna. With so many things to see and do in Knysna it is one of the top holiday destinations in the Garden Route, South Africa. Families making memories, adventure seekers find their thrill with a variety of outdoor experiences, and affordable luxury and exclusive activities await the discerning traveller. Discover the sandy beaches and forest trails, explore the area and rich cultural heritage, and experience what makes Knysna one of the not-to-be-missed locations in the Western Cape. Drive on the scenic garden route to Bloukrans Bridge to view Bungee View Point. Guest can also opt for Bungee Jumping (at additional cost).

Day 8

| Cape Town

Breakfast at Hotel & Check-Out. Today we drive along scenic route to Cape Town. Cape Town is a port city on South Africa’s southwest coast, on a peninsula beneath the imposing Table Mountain. Colloquially named the Mother City, it is the largest city of the Western Cape province and forms part of the City of Cape Town metropolitan municipality. On arrival, Check-In at your hotel in Cape Town & Later Visit V&A Mall. Over 450 retail outlets practically selling everything from fashion, homeware and curios, to jewellery, leather goods and audio visual equipment, the V&A Waterfront is South Africa’s most popular shopping destination.

Day 9

| Cape Town

Visit to Hout bay and enjoy the seal island boat ride and later travel past Sea Point and Camps Bay, past the famous beaches of Clifton and Llandudno. Drive along the Atlantic Seaboard. Pass through Noordhoek and Scarborough. Later you will take to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Enjoy the funicular ride aboard the “Flying Dutchman” and enjoy the unforgettable spectacular views. Visit the beautiful Boulders Beach, and have the option to sit among the famous colony of Jackass Penguins.

Day 10

| Cape Town

After breakfast we leave on a Half Day Mother Orientation City Tour. You will go for a scenic coastal drive through Clifton & Sea Point & later tour passes the Houses of Parliament, the Castle, the SA Museum, and a few other historical sights – District Six, Bo-Kaap, Slave Lodge & ending at the bustling Greenmarket Square. A cable car ride, takes you up the Table Mountain (Weather permitting otherwise Signal Hill) for a breath-taking view over the city (entrance is included). Later we proceed for a small 5 minute Helicopter Ride where you will have opportunity to see Cape Town Stadium, Lions Head, Clifton, Camps Bay and Twelve Apostles.

  • The above costing is based on minimum operating strength (MOS) of 25 Passengers travelling together. Any decrease in the (MOS) will result in revision of tour costs.
  • All information given in this itinerary is based on the information available at the time of launching of this particular product. We reserve the right to change any itinerary information before or after your booking the tour due to any events beyond our control.
  • In case we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance, we will notify you at the time of booking, otherwise our Tour Manager or Local representative will inform you of the changes.
  • We may modify the itinerary based on various factors like maintenance of historical monuments, museums, major events like sports conventions, religious festivals, etc.
  • We may take a detour to reach sightseeing places due to traffic conditions; road blocks and that may vary the course of itinerary. We reserve the right to change the departure date or cancel a departure due to lack of enough number of passengers and will not take any responsibility for any ticket of the client which they may have purchased in advance for sector within India or abroad.
  • Clients are responsible for the adherence to time at all stages of the tour. In the event that a client misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the client.
  • We reserve the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or other services. We further reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure; excursions advertised or substitute a hotel of similar category if deemed necessary.
  • The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 1st March 2022. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers.
  • Passengers missing flights - In such cases the entire ticket/booking gets a no show and stands canceled. A new return ticket needs to be purchased by the passengers.

  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels offer roll-away beds and room size will be the same as double room. For Child with bed: At times hotel don't have enough roll-away beds, in that case they might give a double and a separate single room.
  • A person 12 years and below is considered child and above 12 years, an adult. Hotel rooms may not be air conditioned / air cooled nor will fans be provided.
  • Air conditioning / cooling in hotels are set as per European weather conditions. Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority. Porterage Facility Cost of Optional Excursions Any Services not mentioned in the inclusion list Due to international events and trade fairs you may have to stay in hotels further away from the city. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during the stay shall be payable by the passengers.
  • We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. Hotels in certain cities are not offering buffet breakfasts due to health regulations. If the same does not change by the time the tours operate, we will organize breakfasts at Indian / local restaurant.
  • Due to logistical reasons certain departures may have amendments or reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same.
  • Generally, you will have to walk at sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible. monuments as possible. Every Site / Monuments has its own set of rules and regulations. We need to respect this and ensure that we follow the same. All our visits are booked in advance to avoid delays, at the same time there may be delays caused due to over-crowding , local regulations ,security check etc.
  • On some occasions you may have to join another group in case the group does not have adequate number of members
  • A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during the your initial part of you tour.
  • Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. Akbar Holidays will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage.
  • Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges. The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services.
  • The Tour Manager and the company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, we may at times amend the itinerary to suit prevalent conditions and at the same time attain optimum utilization of the tour.
  • All the services as per itinerary shall remain the same as it is during such amends. There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour In case you decide to change the date of your return reservation once confirmed the exact amount payable to the airline will be advised once the same is confirmed.
