- GST @ 5 % extra to be paid on package cost

- JR Pass/SIC Airport passes are Hard copies and will only be couriered within India
- No Hotels or Tour service bookings have been made at the time of quotation
- Hotels quoted are subject to availability. If not available, Hotels of Similar Grade will be booked
- Requests such as Non-Smoking/Twin/Double rooms will be forwarded but are subject to hotel's discretion
- Mandatory Accommodation Taxes are collected by the property directly from the clients as below: JPY 200/- per person per day for Four star hotels or above JPY 100/- per person per day for Three star hotels or below
- The check-in time for hotels in Japan is 15:00 hours & check-out until 10:00 hours
- Hotel rooms are relatively small in Japan. Below is the reference for hotel rooms in different category of hotels:
- 3-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 10~14 Sq mtrs
- 4-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 15~20 sq mtrs
- 5-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 20~30 sq mtrs
- The Itinerary can be rescheduled by our local operator for smooth execution
- The itinerary can be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather/ heavy traffic conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases

Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.

We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
