• Anything not mentioned in above order Hotels & Itinerary column
• Anything not specified under inclusions
• Expense of personal nature such telephone calls, laundry etc
• Surcharge during peak period & black-out dates
• Rates are not valid during Exhibition & Events
• All Rooms & Offers are subject to availalbity at time of confirmation & at discretion of the Hotel / Resort
• GST @ 5 % extra to be paid on package cost
• TCS @ 5% extra to be paid on package cost
• 1 JPY = INR 0.70. ROE as per date of final payment will be considered at time of booking
• Quotation is based on the Number of Passengers travelling together
• Costs are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or any other statutory increases beyond our control
• JR Pass/SIC Airport passes are Hard copies and will only be couriered within India
• No Hotels or Tour service bookings have been made at the time of quotation
• Hotels quoted are subject to availability. If not available, Hotels of Similar Grade will be booked
• Requests such as Non-Smoking/Twin/Double rooms will be forwarded but are subject to hotel's discretion
• Mandatory Accommodation Taxes are collected by the property directly from the clients as below: JPY 200/- per person per day for Four star hotels or above JPY 100/- per person per day for Three star hotels or below
• The check-in time for hotels in Japan is 15:00 hours & check-out until 10:00 hours
• Hotel rooms are relatively small in Japan. Below is the reference for hotel rooms in different category of hotels:
• 3-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 10~14 Sq mtrs
• 4-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 15~20 sq mtrs
• 5-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 20~30 sq mtrs
• The Itinerary can be rescheduled by our local operator for smooth execution
• The itinerary can be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather/ heavy traffic conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases
