    • The airfare is considered for USD 1400 for the main trip for a specific group size, and any change can cause a difference in airfare, and a supplement, if any, will be charged.

    • Internal airfares are dynamic and are subject to change at the time of booking.

    • Prices for services during national and international holidays, trade fairs, and special events are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Non-refundable advance payments may be made for these periods.

    • The Trip can have elevation levels between 7000 ft (Aguas Calientas) and 14200 ft (Le Rayas Pass) 

    • Akbar Holidays & TTC are not responsible for any changes made by the airlines and the resulting costs (i.e., schedule changes, cancellations, taxes, fuel, and other charges)

    • The Room Tax at the hotel in Brazil is not included in our quotes. This tax is an optional payment, and passengers will be instructed locally that its payment is not mandatory.

    • Akbar Holidays & TTC are not responsible for visa and vaccination regulations.

    • No reservations have been made for this offer, and availability is subject to change. Rates may vary if the quoted room categories, hotels, or products are no longer available at the time of booking. 

    • The above cancellations apply only to individual cancellations without affecting the minimum group strength as mentioned. The policy would change if there is a cancellation of the whole group.

    • ROE will be calculated on the final day of full payment.
