- Daily breakfast as per Itinerary.

- Any other meal
- Any tips, Monument entrance fees, camera fees, guide fees, Minibar, etc.
- Any Expenses of a personal nature.
- Supplement charges are applicable for long weekends, peak periods, and Festivals.
- Supplement charges for travel between 15th Oct to 20 Nov ’24 and 20 Dec ’24 to 05 Jan ’25.
- Gala Dinner charges are applicable for Christmas and New Year's Eve.

- Hotels will be given - “As per the availability & not as per Choice”. Rooms will be NAC in Hill Station
- Room category in all packages is the Base Category.
- The above prices is valid for Indian Nationals only.
- Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis
- The food service at respective hotels depends on hotel occupancy. In case of low occupancy a Set Menu for a fixed price will be provided by the hotel as per your chosen food plan.
- The rates are not valid for peak season, long weekends and Festivals.
- Supplement charges applicable for the same.
- In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, than we shall provide similar alternate Hotels, changes in the cost if any will be advised at the time of Final Confirmation.

Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.

We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
