- Accommodation in the listed hotels or similar category hotels as per availability.
- Welcome drink on arrival.
- To and from the Airport, drops in the AC vehicle as per the itinerary only.
- The vehicle will be allotted depending on the group size, e.g., 2-3 Sedans, 4-6 SUVs, and 7-10 Tempo travelers or similar.
- Drive the AC vehicle to all major sightseeing destinations as per the itinerary only.
- Meals: Breakfast at the hotel restaurant, no breakfast on Day 1.
- All applicable taxes, i.e., hotel and transportation taxes included. Except GST.
Exclusions
- Govt. Tax of 5.00% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned.
- Any transport services to or from your originating place to the Ex hub as per the itinerary.
- Any Air, Train, Bus, or Cruise fares to or from your originating place, unless specified.
- Entrance fees /Guide charges
- High season surcharges are applicable during the Festive Season, Long Weekend, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year.
- Charges for Jeep Safari or any other activities.
- The Rates are not valid for travel between 15th Dec’25 to 05th Jan’26.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during the mentioned travel periods [if any].
- Additional Gala Dinner charges will differ from hotel to hotel.
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
- Any extra sightseeing, services, or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary.
- Any cost incurred for such requirements should be borne by the guests.

We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
