- Return airfare in economy class Ex-Delhi.
- Accommodation in the hotels listed or similar.
- Meals: Breakfast & Dinner (Starting with Dinner on Day1 and ending with breakfast on Day7)
- Transportation: All transfers and sightseeing using SUV/Tempo traveller as per group size.
- Vehicle is as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
- 2 Bottle of mineral water everyday per person.
- Restricted permit fee for visiting Pangong Lake.
- Complimentary Camel ride in Nubra.
- Oxygen cylinder while travelling to Nubra and Pangong.
- All currently applicable taxes i.e. Hotel tax & Transportation tax.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Guests coming from others Hubs needs to reach one day prior to Departure.
- The hotel will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Leh is located at a high Altitude region, we suggest you to get Fitness checked by your Doctors to avoid any circumstances during the tour.
- We suggest minimum age required to travel on this tour is 5 year.
- Senior citizens and parents travelling with their child, we request you to check with doctors before travelling.
- We shall provide with Oxygen cylinder during your tour towards Nubra and Pangong only
- Guest can take personal Oxygen cylinder on hire basis as well from Day1.
- Carry Heavy woollen & Thermal wear on tour.
- Please avoid smoking and Drinking Alcohol during the tour.
- Due to infrastructure limitations at Nubra and Pangong, we shall provide Camps for accommodation.
- Only postpaid connections works in Ladakh. For better network carry a BSNL/MTNL post-paid connection.
- The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
- Do carry comfortable walking shoes.
- All the prices are for Indian Nationals only.
- All sightseeings are subject to weather and political conditions at the destination.
- It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport / Aadhaar card / Driving License / Voter ID card).
Exclusions
- Any train or bus fare from / to your originating city of stay, unless specified.
- Any meals / en route meals unless specified.
- Items of personal nature viz, tips, porterages, room service, laundry, mineral water, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages, phone calls, pony / horse rides, rafting, cable car / ropeway rides, helicopter rides, additional sightseeing tours / excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
- Any increase in fuel cost, government taxes, entrance fees, intra and interstate taxes etc, the tour price will be amended in accordance.
- Entrance fees and guide charges wherever applicable.
- Any items / services not specifically mentioned in the ‘Tour Price Includes’ column.

We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
