- Accommodation in the listed hotels or similar category hotels as per availability.
- All Transfers & sightseeing using Tempo Traveller as per group size.
- The Vehicle will be as per the itinerary only and not on a disposal basis.
- To and fro drive in the AC vehicle to all major sightseeing as per the itinerary only.
- Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner at all hotel restaurants, NO breakfast on Day 1.
- Mineral waters during the Tour.
- Akbar Holidays Tour Manager (Subject to group formation)
- All applicable taxes, i.e., hotel and transportation taxes, are included. Except for GST.
Exclusions
- Any transport services to or from your originating place to the Ex hub as per the itinerary.
- Any air, train, or Cruise fares to or from your originating place, unless specified.
- Entrance fees for all sightseeing places to be visited from the inside.
- Any increase in fuel prices and any applicability of new taxes from the Government.
- Any upgrade in the hotel or its room category, and the cost of pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation.
- Cost of travel Insurance.
- Any extra expense, such as route change, Airline change, travel date change, accommodation facilities, etc., incurred due to unforeseen, unavoidable, or force majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage (coolie charges), tips, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, Sanctuary Park Fees, Rohtang Pass, Atal tunnel, Manikaran, Camera Fee, Elephant / Horse / Pony Ride, Jeep Safari, In-room Heater, Boat Ride, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature, and food or beverages.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- High season surcharges are applicable during the Festive Season, Long Weekend, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year. Compulsory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during the mentioned travel periods [if any]. Additional Gala Dinner chargers will differ from hotel to hotel.
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
- Any extra sightseeing, services, or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary.
- The guests should bear any cost incurred for such requirements.

We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
