- Accommodation in the listed hotels or similar category hotels as per availability

- All Transfers and sightseeing using an AC Sedan/SUV or a tempo traveller as per group size
- The Vehicle will be as per the Itinerary and not on a Disposal basis
- Meals: Daily Breakfast and Dinner (Starting with Dinner on Day 1 and ending with Breakfast on Day 7)

- Any transport services to or from your originating place to the Ex hub as per the itinerary

- High season surcharges are applicable during the Festive Season, Long Weekend, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during the mentioned travel periods [if any]
- Additional Gala Dinner charges will differ from hotel to hotel
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column

We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
