- Accommodation in the listed hotels or similar as per the availability.
- Daily buffet / fixed menu breakfast and dinner at all days and all hotels. No breakfast on day 01.
- To and fro airport transfers by AC Vehicle.
- All major sightseeing’s by AC Vehicle as per the itinerary.
- All toll taxes, parking charges and driver allowances.
- All applicable taxes i.e. hotel and transportation taxes. Except GST.
Exclusions
- GST above the total billing.
- Cost of Air / Train / Bus fare other than specified. Your price starts Ex-hub.
- Meals other than specified.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water etc.
- Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary will be recovered directly from the guests. Such additional costs are also applicable for usage of vehicle and guide beyond the specified time or normal working hours as mentioned above.
- Any cost arising due to unforeseen events like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will be recovered directly from the guests on the spot.
- Any increase in government taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Anything which is not listed under the column “Package Cost Includes”.
- Cost for RT-PCR / Antigen test.
- Surcharge for Long Weekends, Festive Season, Christmas and New Year, Gala dinner charges for Christmas and New Year eve.

Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
