Cabin baggage:

Rwanda only allows travelers to bring one luggage that weighs no more than 21 pounds (10 kg). With the exception of Johannesburg, where the authority limits this to 15lbs [7kgs], the maximum dimensions for carrying cabin luggage are 22x15x8 inches [55x38x20 cm] for all destinations.
