After being picked up from your hotel, we will travel through Mouille Point, Three Anchor Bay, Sea Point, Bantry Bay, and Clifton before stopping at Maidens Cove for photo opportunities. We will then continue through Camps Bay to Hout Bay, where you will join a boat trip to Seal Island and witness the thousands of seals that inhabit it. After departing Hout Bay, we will drive along Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the world’s most spectacular coastal routes, offering breathtaking views. We will stop here briefly to enjoy the scenery.
Our journey then continues to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, located at the southwestern tip of Africa, where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. From the viewpoint—reached via the Flying Dutchman Funicular—you can witness the dramatic meeting of the two oceans. A round-trip funicular ticket is included. Next, we will visit Boulders Beach, home to a growing colony of protected African penguins. Walk alongside these charming penguins as they waddle around, bask in the sun, or dive into the sea in search of food. In the afternoon, we will continue to the seaside town of Muizenberg, where the Atlantic coastline meets cloud-capped mountains. Here, you can spot the famous colourful beach huts set against a scenic mountain backdrop. We will stop for lunch here (at your own expense). Keep an eye on the ocean as we travel back along the coastal route, arriving in Cape Town by evening.
