Day 1

Meet at Cochin International Airport and be driven south to Kumarakom. Check in at your wellness resort on the Vembanad. In the afternoon, a detailed consultation with the resident Ayurvedic physician — constitution assessment, discussion of your health history and goals, and the prescription of your treatment plan for the week. First therapy session in the evening if advised. Dinner is sattvic and prepared as per the physician’s guidance. Two full days on the prescribed programme.
