About Kozhikode

Kozhikode, commonly known as Calicut in English, is a city in Kerala, India. It is the state’s second-largest metropolitan area. According to the 2011 census, it is also the country’s 19th largest city, with a population of two million people. The Government of India has designated Kozhikode as a Tier 2 city.
