Cancellation Policy
Hotel
- Any cancellation or amendment to a confirmed reservation should be received in writing by 15:00 (local time) no later than 5 days before check-in. Failure to do so or the guest’s no-show will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of one-night charge.
Transportation
- Any cancellation or amendment to a confirmed reservation should be received in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the transfer start time. Failure to do so or the guest’s no-show will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the first transfer.
Entrance fees
- Any cancellation or amendment to a confirmed reservation should be received in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the excursion start time. Failure to do so or the guest’s no-show will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of entrance fee(s).
Guide | restaurants
- Any cancellation or amendment to a confirmed reservation should be received in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the excursion start time. Failure to do so or the guest’s no-show will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the first excursion / lunch / dinner.

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Rates and Availability:
Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
We are not holding any reservations for air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms, etc. The final availability status will only be known when we request bookings.
2. Special Events and Peak Season:
The displayed rates do not apply during Christmas, New Year, special events, peak season, and blackout dates.
Additional surcharges may apply during these periods.
3. Double Sharing Basis:
Rates mentioned are per person based on double sharing.
4. Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions.
5. Confirmation during Peak Season:
In peak season, the package will be considered fully confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the local supplier.
Any overstay expenses due to delay change or cancellation in flight will be on the guest's own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide the best possible assistance.
6. Late Payments:
We reserve the right to refund the amount if the payment is received late and the package rate and availability are no longer valid.
7. Reconfirmation of Rates:
Please reconfirm the rates with us at the time of confirmation.

- Akbar Travels does not hold responsibility or liability for non-compliance with any COVID requirements or restrictions at any departure or arrival destination. This includes and is not limited to PCR testing, quarantine, or vaccine requirements. Any cancellation policy or charges remain in effect and will be applied accordingly
