On arrival at Amritsar airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to Katra via the city of Pathankot, where the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir meet. On reaching Katra you will check into your hotel and stay overnight. You could choose to spend the evening exploring this town on the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains.
Early the next morning you will depart for Mata Vaishno Devi Temple on one of the holiest pilgrimages in India. Experience a memorable darshan of the Devi before returning to the hotel in the evening.
The cave abode of Vaishno Devi is the very site where Hindu pilgrims pay homage to three forms of the divine Goddess, namely, Saraswati, Kali, and Laxmi. Wade through icy water on a scenic trek of 13.5 km from Katra to the shrine.

Today you will leave Chandigarh for Manali. Located in the Beas River Valley, Manali is a popular hill station flocked by tourists from across the country. The snow-clad mountain peaks, rich flora and fauna, and several other prominent attractions make a trip to Manali most worthwhile. According to legend, Manu was a sage who is believed to have recreated human life after the world was devastated by a great flood. There is an ancient temple in the old Manali village that is devoted to this sage. Some of the other popular attractions of this quaint destination include Hadimba Temple, Manali Sanctuary, Arjun Gufa and Jagatsukh. Upon reaching your hotel, check in and settle into your luxurious room. Have a delicious dinner and stay overnight in Manali.
After breakfast, walk through Manali visiting the newly constructed Buddhist Monastery and the handicraft center. Later, visit the 450-year-old temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi, Jagatsukh, and Vashist kund. The Hadimba Devi Temple - is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, wife of Bh?ma, a figure in the Indian epic Mahabharata. The temple is surrounded by a cedar forest at the foot of the Himalayas. Vashisht is an extremely picturesque little hamlet clinging to the steep hillside. On the way up to the village, you come upon the Vashist hot baths where a natural sulphur spring is piped into a modern bath-house. You will return to the hotel by late afternoon and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
After breakfast, today, check out from your hotel in Manali and proceed to Shimla by road. The capital city of Himachal Pradesh and most popular hill station in the north of India was once the Himalayan summer capital of the British Raj. Today, happy vacationers from all around flock here to get away from the daily hustle and bustle of city life.
After a delicious breakfast, you will travel to Kufri; a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers. With panoramic views of the Himalayas, steep hikes, adventure sports and quite a few fun and interesting sightseeing attractions, Kufri is a great place to unwind.
Popular, especially with trekkers, the splendid weather and stunning natural beauty, make Kufri an ideal summer getaway. Interestingly, Kufri is also the venue for an annual winter sports festival held in February. With the oldest skiing slopes in Himachal Pradesh, Kufri is also famously referred to as a ski destination. The Himalayan Nature Park on the outskirts of the town is home to over 180 varieties of fauna.
You will then visit the famous Mall Road in Shimla. Also, check out the Scandal Point with its Tudor style post office and Jhakoo Temple.
Private vehicles do not have access to the Jhakoo Temple because of its location. Visitors can take a shared taxi available on Mall Road and visit the temple. It’s advisable to visit the temple before it turns dark.
Check out from your hotel after breakfast and be transferred to the airport/railway station to board your flight/train back home marking the end of your tour.
