Welcome to your “LAKES AND PASSES OF LADAKH” tour, upon arrival at the airport in Leh you will be assisted and driven to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to adapt high altitude.

Day 2

| Leh Ladakh

This morning after the authentic breakfast let us step out for an excursion towards Indus and Sham Valley. Today we will visit the Hall Of Fame (Museum Constructed by India Army) near Leh it a worth visiting sight. Moving ahead we will visit Gurudwara Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, at an altitude of 3600 Mtrs about 22 Kms from Leh this place was constructed in memory of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Just about 4 kilometres from here lies Magnetic Hill. Magnetic Hill is a place which defies the law of gravity. As you drive further just before Nimmu Village, there comes Sangam- Confluence of Two Rivers Indus River flowing from Tibet (on the left side) and Zanskar River flowing from Zanskar Valley (on the right side). Last but not the least a visit to Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa will conclude this excursion.

Post sightseeing you will be driven back to the hotel for the delicious dinner and relaxed stay.

Day 3

| Nubra

Wake up to the exciting morning and enjoy the scrumptious breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast check-out and drive towards Nubra via Khardungla pass. Khardungla pass is notably known as the gateway to the Nubra and Shyok Valleys in the Ladakh region of Jammu and Kashmir. It is the highest motorable pass in the world. It is fully occupied with tourist’s voyaging over from Leh and stopping long enough to click some pictures. Continue the drive to Nubra. Nubra Valley is a few hours to the North of Leh; this is where the Shyok and Siachan rivers meet. Its unadulterated landscape, sharp mountains and altitude attract adventure tourists from across the globe.

Upon arrival at the camp complete the check-in formalities and you may visit the sand dunes, if lucky you may spot a two humped bactrian camel also known as the Mongolian camel. Enjoy some leisure time here at this glaring, beautiful and remote, the Hunder village. It has achieved fame for its desert landscape and its sand dunes. Adventure enthusiasts come here to ride on the Bactrian camels, walk along the desert and take-in breathe taking natural beauty.

Day 4

| Pangong

Today after breakfast let us leave for Pangong. Enroute visit Shyok River & Durbuk Village.

The Shyok river is a stream of the Indus river, located in the northern part of the Indian subcontinent. The river system originates in the Rimo Glacier of Siachen and flows through northern Ladakh, and enters Gilgit–Baltistan. The total length of the river is around 550 km (340 mi).

Durbuk is a village located in the Union Territory of Ladakh. It is around 120 km from Leh and takes 3 hours to reach there from the main Leh town. Durbuk market comes in the way to Pangong Lake. A small junction at Durbuk market, which is the intersection of three roads, leads to Leh, Nubra, and Pangong. Travelers usually make a stop at this place while traveling to and fro Pangong.

Upon arrival at the hotel/camp at Pangong complete the check-in formalities and rest.

Later enjoy the scrumptious dinner and have a relaxed night.

Day 5

| Tsomoriri

This morning after breakfast we will drive you to Tso Moriri or Lake Morir or "Mountain Lake". The lake surrounding is protected as the TsoMoriri Wetland Conservation Reserve. The lake is at an altitude of 4,522 m (14,836 ft). It is the largest of the high altitude lakes entirely within India is about 16 miles (26 km) north to south in length and two to three miles (3 to 5 km) wide. The lake has no outlet at present and the water is brackish though not very perceptible to taste.

Upon arrival at the hotel/camp in Tso Morori, complete the check-in formalities and rest.

Enjoy the delicious dinner later in the evening.

Day 6

| Tso Kar

Post breakfast proceed towards Toskar Lake, upon arrival at the camp in Tsokar complete the check-in formalities and relax for a while. Later in the noon you are free to explore the beauty and superb surrounding environment in greater Himalaya.

Spend the day at leisure amdisr the natural surroundings of Tsokar.

Day 7

| Tso Kar

After breakfast proceed towards Leh enroute visit the Tanglangla Pass. Taglang La or Tanglang La, elevation 5,328 metres (17,480 ft), is a high altitude mountain pass in the Indian union territory of Ladakh.

Taglang La is the world’s second highest motorable pass on 5378 meters above sea level.

Post sightseeing, proceed towards hotel in Leh.

Day 8

Today after breakfast let us step for an Indus Valley Monastery tour including Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Gompa, Sindhu Ghat and Stok Palace Museum.

Shey Palace - Shey monastery and palace is located 15 kms from Leh. Built in the 16th Century AD the monastery preserves the Du-Khang with an almost 10 meter high copper statue of Lord Buddha.

Thiksey Monastery - Built in 1430 AD belongs to the Gelukpa Order of Buddhism. Lakhang Nyerma is a Temple devoted to Goddess Dorje Chenmo within the monastery. Apart from Lakhang Nyerma there are a few more shrines inside the monastery complex.

Hemis Gompa - Hemis is located around 45 kms to the south of Leh on the western banks of the Indus River. It is the biggest and very richly gifted monastery of Ladakh. The Monastery also has an imperative library of Tibetan books and a very notable and valuable collection of Thangkas, gold statues and Stupas embedded with precious stones.

Sindhu Ghat - Stunning riverbank, situated near the Shey village in Leh. It is known for its unique and scenic landscape, which entails of barren mountains, rocky terrains, sparse greenery.

Stok Palace Museum - The Palace of the expelled royal family in Stok is now transformed into a museum which displays the richest collection of jewellery, ornaments, Thangkas and much more. It displays the ceremonial dresses, crowns, and centuries-old pieces of jewellery, which imitate the lifestyle and history of royalty in the region.

After the sightseeing you will be driven back to the hotel.
